Community Initiatives

Through donations and dedicated community service, we advocate for animals, support local charities, and offer disaster assistance. Animal Advocacy
Our founder, Jeff Swickard, is a lifelong animal lover devoted to the ethical treatment of animals. His passion deepened in 2020 when he adopted his dog, Mason, after being returned three times. As a result, Swickard Group is a fervent supporter of no-kill animal shelters, rescues, and other animal welfare initiatives, providing crucial medical care, food, shelter, and training, regardless of an animal’s condition.
In addition to partnerships, donations, and volunteering, one of our 2025 constructions incorporated several green initiatives, including etched glass to protect endangered and at-risk birds like the California Clapper Rail and Tricolored Blackbird.
Environmental Impact
Our commitment to hospitality extends to our entire planet. We recognize the importance of creating a sustainable future for all, which means dedicating ourselves to eco-friendly practices whenever possible. Recently, one of our buildings generated over 100,000 kWh of solar power and is now running completely off-grid.
